Our version of a patty melt, but with a Texas twist. We take two angus chuck patties, top them with pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, grilled bell peppers, our signature smack sauce, and jalapeno ranch, and serve it on toasted sourdough. One bite and you'll be yelling "YEEHAW"
